What is Longelite Train. Recover. Sleep.?
Longelite Train. Recover. Sleep. is a bundle of two supplements – Post Workout Complex (vanilla) and Sleep Complex – covering the entire training-recovery cycle. Post Workout Complex provides the body with building blocks for muscle growth and performance, including protein, creatine, HMB, beta-alanine, glutamine, and collagen peptides. Sleep Complex supports the second, equally important half of recovery – high-quality sleep, during which the vast majority of muscle repair and hormonal regulation takes place.
Performance is built through training, but the body repairs itself during sleep. The name Train. Recover. Sleep. therefore combines nutrition for the muscles with sleep support, without which recovery can never be complete.

How should Post Workout Complex - vanilla be taken?
- Recommended daily dose: 55 g.
- Preparation: Mix two slightly heaped scoops (55 g) with 200–400 ml of water or milk and drink within 60 minutes after training.
- Ideal after physical activity as a recovery drink, or as one of your protein-based meals on non-training days.
- Form: soluble powder – ideally mixed with water or milk and intended for immediate consumption.
- Time of day: After physical activity or with an interval before it. Outside training, it can be used as a convenient protein-based meal at any time of day.
- With what: It does not need to be consumed with food – the product contains fermentable fibre.
- Combining the product with regular training is essential to achieve maximum benefits.
- Suitable for strength, endurance, and functional training – the product supports both recovery and adaptation to different types of exercise.
- Ideal after an intense training session or competition, but also as a complete protein-based meal during the day.
- During demanding periods, it can be supplemented with Longelite Sleep Complex to support better overnight recovery.
- Some active ingredients, such as creatine and beta-alanine, work through long-term saturation – regular use is therefore important, not only use after training.

How should Sleep Complex be taken?
- Recommended daily dose: 10,2 g (equivalent to 2 slightly underfilled scoops measured to the line). Mix with 200 ml of water and drink 30–60 minutes before bedtime.
- With or without food: Without food
- Time of day: In the evening, ideally at the same time each day to support circadian synchronisation.
- Do not exceed the recommended dose – the product and its dosage have been formulated on the basis of clinical studies demonstrating effectiveness and safety.
- Do not combine with alcohol or stimulants, particularly caffeine, in the evening.
- For synergistic effects, combine with consistent sleep hygiene, such as minimising blue light in the evening, maintaining a regular bedtime, and spending time in daylight during the day.
- The product is not a substitute for good sleep hygiene – ideally combine it with healthy light exposure habits, including reducing blue light in the evening, obtaining morning light, and getting sufficient daylight during the day.
- The effect typically begins within 1 hour of use. Full improvement in sleep quality usually develops within 1–2 weeks of regular use.
- Also suitable for people with mild mood disturbances, anxiety, or a disrupted circadian rhythm, for example due to shift work or jet lag.
