Longelite Magnesium Boost is a synergistic combination of highly absorbable magnesium in bisglycinate form and the active form of vitamin B6 (P-5-P), designed for nervous system health, muscle function, psychological resilience, energy metabolism, and slowing processes associated with aging.
Magnesium is one of the most important minerals for human health – it is involved in hundreds of enzymatic reactions, including absolutely fundamental processes such as energy metabolism (ATP production), DNA synthesis and repair, or regulation of cell division. Why Magesium Boost?
Magnesium is one of the most commonly deficient minerals in the population – deficiency is not always apparent from blood tests, because blood levels reflect magnesium in the body very poorly. “The product uses the chelated form of magnesium bisglycinate, which has high bioavailability and is also very gentle on digestion. How to take Magnesium Boost?
- Recommended daily dose: 3 capsules. Consume 1–2× daily with food, drink with water.
- In case of increased need (e.g., stress, physical load, low magnesium intake from diet), the dose can be increased; we recommend consulting a professional.
- With or without food: Taking with food may improve tolerance and absorption, but it is not necessary.
- Time of day: Evening – support for sleep and relaxation; it can also be split morning/evening.
- The product is not a substitute for a healthy lifestyle, but its scientifically supported complement.
- Combine with L-theanine, glycine, which further support sleep and relaxation.
- For athletes and active individuals, we recommend combining especially with adequate protein intake and other compounds for recovery and performance (Post-Workout complex)
- Magnesium also ensures optimal utilization of vitamin D - it participates in its activation and function – therefore it is suitable as a supplement during long-term vitamin D supplementation.
